Daya, a senior IT professional, spent decades modernizing infrastructure for public-sector organizations like Halifax Water and TransAmerica, where he led large-scale systems integration and digital transformation.
Avinash brings deep technical project management experience across gaming, AI, and blockchain, with roles at Ubisoft, Allora Labs, and Koii Network. Together, they offer a unique blend of strategic oversight and hands-on delivery, helping clients bridge legacy systems with the future of digital innovation.

Daya — Senior Partner, Infrastructure & Systems Strategy
Daya brings over 30 years of leadership in enterprise IT systems and infrastructure management. Having led multiple divisions across the Halifax Regional Municipality and Halifax Water, he has built a legacy of modernizing public-sector technology and guiding large-scale digital transformation initiatives. As Information Services Manager at Halifax Water, Daya oversaw all corporate IT systems delivering secure, scalable infrastructure to support mission-critical operations.
His earlier roles included managing systems development, client services, and e-commerce architecture for regional governments, where he introduced innovative service delivery frameworks that continue to support citizens and enterprise users alike. He also spent time in the United States establishing data center infrastructure for TransAmerica, adding global context to his deep regional experience.
Now retired from public service, Daya serves as a senior advisor and strategist at Dynalytics Technical Consulting, where his decades of technical governance and enterprise IT knowledge guide infrastructure planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment for large-scale clients.
Avinash — Managing Partner, Technical Strategy & Product Delivery
Avinash is a technical project leader and full-stack strategist with a multidisciplinary background in software engineering, cloud systems, AI, and Web3. His experience spans game development at Ubisoft, AI product pipelines, blockchain infrastructure, and machine learning architecture. At Dynalytics, he leads end-to-end project delivery, systems integration, and stakeholder alignment for clients operating at the intersection of digital transformation and emerging technology.
He has held leadership roles in organizations like Allora Labs, Koii Network, and The Innovation Grid, where he directed operations across developer relations, product management, and engineering execution. As co-founder of Vigilance Digital Media, he led the creation and release of original products in both the mobile gaming and tabletop sectors, building production pipelines, managing grants and tax credits, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
With extensive hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365, enterprise analytics, and AI-driven systems, Avinash brings tactical execution to strategic vision, bridging business goals with scalable digital infrastructure. His consulting experience also includes guiding institutional investors through complex tech verticals, including mobile app monetization and AI readiness.
